Job description

The Role: This position is responsible for performing intermediate-level maintenance, service, and repair of Tanimura & Antle equipment and tractors. The mechanic must be able to troubleshoot issues and complete all maintenance processes to ensure that our equipment operates efficiently. In this position, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. This is a full-time, year-round position.Location(s): Salinas, CAAreas of Responsibility:Performs preventative maintenance on farm equipment and company tractors.Responds to service calls.Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.Maintains a clean shop and work area.Preferred Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
