What You Will Do (Daily Responsibilities)
  • Cold Calling: Make 75-100+ outbound cold calls daily to self-source new leads, target local lists, and find prospective buyers.
  • Lead Generation: Network, prospect, and uncover new business opportunities completely from scratch.
  • Pipeline Management: Relentlessly track, nurture, and multi-touch prospects inside our CRM.
  • Uncover Risk: Conduct consultative virtual and face-to-face appointments to spot coverage gaps.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
  • The Grit: High rejection tolerance, thick-skinned, and highly motivated by financial targets.
  • The Experience: 1+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience (cold calling, door-to-door, car sales, or B2B sales preferred).
