Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of the farm and involves hands-on work with animals, equipment, and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain farm fencing
  • Clean and maintain animal stalls, barns, and work areas
  • Feed and water animals according to established schedules
  • Groom animals and monitor their general health and well-being
  • Spread manure and assist with waste management
  • Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep tasks
  • Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely
  • Report any maintenance issues or animal health concerns promptly
