Introduce the products you are sampling with specific examples to provide sufficient background for the people to appreciate the product. 

To point out the importance in farm fresh foods and how we can make a difference. 

To assist in educating the customers on the product. 

Identify the products that we are sampling for proper food handling procedures. In example: potato chips vs roast beef, each product has different food handling. 

Samplers to familiarize with proper food handling, gloves, display containers, sampling tables, and in other items that can be cross merchandised.

Thoroughly setting up station and properly breaking down station. Returning items to storage and taking out the trash.
