A Farm Boy typically refers to an employee who works on a farm, assisting with various agricultural tasks such as planting, harvesting, feeding animals, and maintaining equipment. The role requires physical stamina, a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and basic knowledge of farm operations. Farm Boys may also help with cleaning barns, repairing fences, and supporting the overall productivity of the farm. This job is often an entry-level position and can provide valuable experience for those interested in agriculture.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a farm boy, and why are they important?
