Join our vibrant team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we serve delicious comfort food with a smile! As a restaurant server, youโ€™ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist in training new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Required.
