We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Family Social Work Center. This full-time role, primarily conducted in a remote setting, involves providing outpatient mental health services designed to support individuals with diverse mental health needs. The Family Social Work Center, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is an outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families through accessible and evidence-based care. This position operates in a primarily remote setting, allowing for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. The role may involve occasional on-site engagements in local schools to facilitate therapy sessions and support for students in need. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules, ensuring that we provide care when it is most needed.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, with a focus on developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of coordinated, client-centered care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and preferences.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist in leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, promoting community engagement and support.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clinic is particularly focused on individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health concerns. You will be expected to adapt therapeutic approaches based on the specific age group and background of each client, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment that prioritizes client engagement and empowerment.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to mental health.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and effective interdisciplinary collaboration is advantageous. Experience in providing therapy to different age groups, particularly in school settings, is a plus.
