Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules, ensuring that we provide care when it is most needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, with a focus on developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

  • Assist in leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, promoting community engagement and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clinic is particularly focused on individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health concerns. You will be expected to adapt therapeutic approaches based on the specific age group and background of each client, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment that prioritizes client engagement and empowerment.

Qualifications

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
  • Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to mental health.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience

Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and effective interdisciplinary collaboration is advantageous. Experience in providing therapy to different age groups, particularly in school settings, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage encompassing medical, dental, and vision care.
