Hillsdale Behavioral Health Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring access to essential resources for delivering high-quality therapy. • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational and mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans and establishing measurable goals.
• Utilize family systems theory and various systemic interventions to address and resolve relational dynamics, communication barriers, and family stressors.
• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring client and family safety in critical situations.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards for documentation.
• Educate clients on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution skills, and coping techniques to bolster their relational and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

This role is centered around serving a diverse patient population that includes both adults and children/adolescents. You'll work with families facing challenges related to communication, relationship dynamics, and various mental health issues, allowing for an enriching experience as you contribute positively to their lives.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with professionals.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all therapeutic dealings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in managing client appointments.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy services, ideally within a structured clinical setting.
• Expertise in utilizing various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to family and relational contexts.

Hillsdale Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $100,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists are eligible for attractive benefits, which include:
