???? Reports to: Family Preservation Supervisor
Are you passionate about helping families thrive and stay together? Childrenโs Friend is looking for a Family Preservation Worker to join our dedicated team working with at-risk families to promote safety, stability, and well-being.

What Youโll Do:Conduct in-depth assessments of referred families
Develop and implement collaborative family service plans
Provide home-based services including parent training and family counseling
Link families to mental health, school, and community-based supports
Maintain detailed client records and documentation
Coordinate case conferences and follow through to service termination
- Implement the plan through the provision of home-based services, including individual and family counseling, parent training, and linkage with schools and community agencies in collaboration with Family Preservation team.

What Weโre Looking For: Bachelor's Degree required, Masters, preferred in Social Work.
Experience with at-risk families, mental health, and service coordination.
Strong time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and participate in trainings.
Valid driverโs license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office tools
