ADOLESCENT SERVICES MANAGEROn-Site | Davie, FL | Monday-Friday | Full-Time

About the Role

Lead the day-to-day experience of an adolescent mental health program where structure, consistency, and connection matter. You'll lead the team and systems that keep each day running smoothly while creating a safe, supportive environment for adolescents and families. This role is ideal for someone who can lead people, create structure, solve problems, and build an environment where adolescents can succeed.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily adolescent program experience, maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
Supervise Wellness Coordinators through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and accountability
Keep daily program flow on track, including staff coverage, schedules, attendance, census, and intake coordination
Build positive relationships with adolescents and help the team respond effectively to behavioral, emotional, and day-to-day needs
Partner with therapists, families, and program leadership to support a consistent client experience
Monitor documentation, incident reporting, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Anticipate challenges, respond calmly in the moment, and keep the program on track through changes
Coordinate facility, supply, and administrative needs that impact the adolescent experience

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in education, school administration, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or team leadership
Experience supervising or leading others
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and changing needs
Confident setting expectations, providing feedback, and holding others accountable
Calm, solutions-focused approach to challenging situations
Strong attention to documentation, policies, safety, and established processes
Ability to connect with adolescents while maintaining appropriate structure and boundaries
Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testing
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
