• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, including detailed intake interviews to gather comprehensive histories and identify underlying issues.
• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Implementing various psychotherapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote client recovery.
• Maintaining precise clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and counseling staff, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment processes and resources available.
• Staying informed on the latest developments in mental health best practices and research to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role will be pivotal in helping individuals navigate their struggles and achieve improved emotional health. By fostering a safe space where clients can express their feelings, you will facilitate their healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a strong focus on solution-based approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members alike.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma therapy or working within hospice settings will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices will also be an asset in this role.
