At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across our Milwaukee-area locations. As our Regional Director of Family Experience & Programming, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping and elevating the family experience across multiple club locations. You'll oversee childcare, playroom, camps, and youth programming, while also helping to create a vibrant, engaging environment that families look forward to being part of year-round.
You'll set the vision for how families experience our clubs-supporting club-level leaders, building strong teams, and ensuring programs are fun, well-run, and consistently high-quality. This role blends strategic leadership, operational oversight, and hospitality to deliver experiences that feel organized, energetic, and aligned with the Elite brand.
You'll guide front-line teams, establish clear standards, drive enrollment and retention, and ensure safety and compliance across all areas. You'll also lead seasonal camp planning, staffing, training, and ongoing program development-continuously evolving offerings to meet the needs of our members and create meaningful, memorable experiences.
