Family Unity Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Providing therapeutic interventions for a range of issues including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, job-related stress, and blended family dynamics.
• Facilitating practical therapy sessions that help families reconnect and improve communication among members.
• Implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintaining detailed notes and records within our digital system to support ongoing care and compliance.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for our clients, considering both mental and physical health aspects.

Your work will primarily focus on couples, as well as individual family members across diverse backgrounds and age groups. You will be equipped to handle complex dynamics such as:

• Supporting families undergoing transitions such as separation and divorce.
• Addressing issues of blended family dynamics and step-parent relationships.
• Helping individuals cope with grief, loss, and trauma.
• Assisting clients in overcoming communication barriers and conflicts.
• Working with clients facing challenges related to alcohol or substance abuse.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Previous clinical experience in counseling or therapy settings, particularly in family therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools.

Family Unity Counseling offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
