This role is remote, offering you flexibility in your schedule while serving a diverse clientele through telemedicine and occasional in-person sessions. As a community health clinic, we have designed our digital processes to ensure seamless communication with clients and between team members. We utilize the latest technology to support teletherapy, enabling our therapists to provide care effectively from any location.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Flourish Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of couples and families.
• Providing therapy sessions both individually and collectively to address emotional and behavioral issues.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to treat a variety of issues including but not limited to relationship conflicts, grief, anxiety, and blended family dynamics.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that aim to improve client well-being.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinical standards.
• Engaging in professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain current on best practices in the field.

Our clientele ranges from individuals facing job or medical-related stress to families grappling with issues such as separation, divorce, or conflict resolution. We specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults in managing their mental health challenges, enabling them to navigate life transitions successfully. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping families heal and grow together, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and software for therapy delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a health care team.

While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced therapists, preference will be given to those who have:

• Previous experience working with diverse populations.
• Specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or family dynamics.
• A track record of successfully implementing therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

Family Flourish Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package, which includes:
