ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager (PM) - Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located Fort Bragg, NC  Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting  support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family.

Seeking Program Manager (PM) - Family Advocacy Program candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Oversight and Contract Management Functional Area Professional - Leadership Oversight Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Leadership Oversight (Program Manager (PM) - Family Advocacy Program) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management  Solutions for clients such as Department of Army  (DOA) | Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Generally Located In Fort Bragg, NC  and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager (PM) - Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007]

  • Oversee contract execution and supervise project staff.
  • Serve as liaison with the Government's COR and FAPM.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
  • Manage budget, reporting, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (PM) - Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] (DOA0008007) Candidates:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project/program management experience in DoD/government environments.
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Public Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Skills Required
