Lead Carpenter – Lead Residential Construction and Framing Crews


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, guiding residential construction projects from foundation to finish. This role offers the autonomy to run day-to-day on-site operations while ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will have a direct impact on project success while enjoying a schedule designed to respect your valuable family time.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead field crews in daily residential construction operations to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Execute high-quality framing, siding, roofing, and drywall hanging according to project specifications.
  • Oversee precise installation of windows, doors, and other structural components.
  • Coordinate daily on-site tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in carpentry techniques and field safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
