Outside Services Associate - 2026 Late Summer - Fall (Evenings or weekends required)
At Deerfield Golf Club, we offer a premier 18-hole golf course, a state-of-the-art learning center, a driving range, and a vibrant restaurant and bar. As an Outside Services Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth golf operations by helping guests begin their rounds on time, managing golf cart checkouts, and understanding the pace of play as needed. You'll also assist in setting up and enhancing golf outing experiences. This role is fast-paced and dynamic, offering new experiences each day and plenty of opportunities to build rapport with both guests and teammates. If you're personable, have a bit of golf knowledge, and can greet guests with a smile, we'd love to meet you!
We are looking for:
We are hiring Part-Time 2026 (Seasonal) Golf Outside Services Associates for late summer, and into the late fall. Weekly hours range from 18 to 21 across 3 days. Shift length and hours may adjust based on daylight. This role begins in Summer / Fall 2026 and offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour (DOQ), along with select golf and driving range benefits.
Essential Functions Include:
  • Meet and greet each guest when they enter the property and when they complete their round or practice session.
  • Maintain our fleet of golf carts in the manner set forth within our policies.
  • Must be able to print, view, and keep the starter's time sheets and if needed use technology to view the tee-sheet. Inform golfers of the day's course rules and conditions.
  • Assists with weekly cart fueling, cleaning, and range basket retrieval.
  • Become proficient in the operation of the Tag Marshall GPS golf cart system,
  • Work as a team with all facility staff & answer all guest questions and concerns.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment and be able to calmly handle unexpected challenges.

Anticipated Start date: August 2026 (weather dependent)
Wage Range: $16.00 - $16.75, starting pay at the base of range.
Benefits: Free or discounted rates for green fees, carts and driving range, time dependent.
