Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work on interesting and challenging assignments that will help grow your skill set
  • Research and draft legal memoranda and other documents; compile, summarize, and analyze factual material
  • Propound and respond to discovery
  • Demonstrate creativity and learn to efficiently use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions
  • Gain experience developing and maintaining electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other files as dictated by project needs
  • Participate in a positive team environment and work hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations
  • Build client relationships and establish confidence in our firm with every conversation


Qualifications

  • Third-year law student or recent graduate who plans to take the July California Bar exam
  • Strong passion for litigation and advocacy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
