job purpose:

The Sr. Director, Retail Sales – Convenience Retail and On-Premise Channels position is responsible for establishing the sales targets for the retail sales team and leading the team to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Responsible for leading a sales team focused on the convenience retail and on-premise channels that develops collaborative business building relationships with Key National Accounts, Coca-Cola North America customer teams, Coca-Cola Bottling Partners, and our Acosta customer teams. Responsible for working closely in collaboration with all fairlife departments (commercial, finance, insights, marketing, etc).

responsibilities:

  • Drive company goals through development of key retail customers
  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
  • Create and balance sales priorities for assigned customers and direct reports to deliver against
  • Directs implementation and execution of company priorities
  • Supports sales plan objectives in conjunction with marketing and commercial processes
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Manages the fluctuating sales budget, adjusting for needs within each brand, while maintaining fiscal responsibility

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field/MBA Preferred
  • Proven successful sales leadership experience
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales account management experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to drive a results driven team of sales professionals to quota attainment
  • Proven ability to introduce and sustain consistent accountability practices
  • Financial and business acumen required to include overall budget management

$195,000—$215,000 USD
