THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN/RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with a strong foundation in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and a passion for Culinary Medicine. This unique role blends clinical expertise with hands-on food preparation and education, working collaboratively across disciplines to optimize client outcomes. You’ll leverage advanced testing, systems biology principles, and therapeutic culinary approaches to guide guests toward transformative wellness.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Functional Nutrition Support & Culinary Medicine Integration (60%)

Conduct personalized functional nutrition assessments and consultations.

Design customized nutrition protocols , including therapeutic meal and supplement plans.

Interpret functional lab results and apply systems biology insights.

Provide follow-up support, including recipe and lifestyle adaptations.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design therapeutic, pathway-aligned meals.

Develop nutrient-dense, flavorful recipes that meet dietary protocols.

Ensure menu items comply with clinical and therapeutic standards.

Analyze and adjust nutritional profiles of culinary offerings.

Contribute to the evolution of our Culinary Medicine program.

Educational Leadership & Guest Engagement (25%)

Co-lead informative interactive cooking and wellness classes.

Translate nutrition science into engaging, accessible culinary experiences.

Develop educational content, including recipe cards and guides.

Inspire guests to embrace food-as-medicine principles at home.

Program Development & Innovation (15%)

Collaborate across teams to contribute to wellness programs and events.

Stay current with emerging trends in functional ingredients and culinary therapies.

Support research initiatives and continuing education efforts.

Contribute to healing market curation and educational content development.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN, RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)

Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in integrative or functional nutrition

Culinary experience and a passion for food preparation

Strong understanding of systems biology and functional lab interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or Culinary Medicine

Advanced certifications (e.g., IFNCP, IFMCP, FxNA, CNSC, etc.)

Experience in therapeutic cooking, guest education, or functional ingredient development

Familiarity with nutrient preservation and culinary nutrition techniques
