Job description


This position is located in Henderson, NV and is responsible for performing all duties around stacking and storing product.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Ensure compliance to Food Safety and Quality programs and processes.
  • Report when necessary to all calls, stack product entering the freezer, and sorter jams on the conveyors.
  • Preparing product for sending to the freezer: Stacking Pallets, wrapping pallets, labeling pallets
  • Stocking the room with pallets, pallet pads, wrap, and labels.
  • Managing functions of the cranes: manage and correct faults, monitor the condition for the product, assist maintenance in trouble shooting, adjust settings and coordinate flavor changes when necessary.
  • Loading pallets on to a backhaul trailer.
  • Complete all job duties in accordance with any applicable safety procedures / policies and work documents such as standard operating procedures and standard works.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Warehouse experience and forklift knowledge preferred.
Must know or be able to learn basic safety and orientation knowledge, systems flow and overview of all departments of the freezer, and be able to be trained in a specialized area of work.
Must have time management and effective communication skills.
Must be able to pass proficiency tests in the allotted amount of time after training.
