Deine Aufgaben - worauf es wirklich ankommt- Eigenverantwortlicher Auf- und Ausbau deines Vertriebsgebietes im Großraum Hamburg/Hannover -du steuerst alle Aktivitäten von der Marktanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Neukundengewinnung
- Aktive Akquise von mittelständischen Unternehmen mit klarer Hunter-Ausrichtung: Du identifizierst Chancen, führst Erstgespräche, analysierst Bedarfe und entwickelst passgenaue Factoring-Lösungen
- Komplette End-to-End-Verantwortung für neue Kunden -von der Erstansprache über die Strukturierung des Deals bis zur Erstauszahlung
- Außerdem zählt das Anlegen, Aufbereiten und vertriebliche Strukturieren von Kreditanträgen für unser Risk Management
- Pflege und Ausbau unseres starken Partner- und Introducer-Netzwerks -ein entscheidendes Farming-Element dieser Rolle, das aktives Beziehungsmanagement und Fingerspitzengefühl erfordert
- Präsenz auf Branchen-Events, Messen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen -gemeinsam mit Marketing und Kolleg:innen aus dem Vertrieb

- Auch Profile aus dem Risikomanagement, der Marktfolge, dem Kreditbereich oder aus dem Firmenkundengeschäft sind ausdrücklich willkommen, wenn du Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv Kunden zu gewinnen
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte verständlich und lösungsorientiert zu vermitteln -intern wie extern
- Eigeninitiative, Abschlussorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation in der Betreuung deines Vertriebsgebietes
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
