Job description

Position Overview
Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facility Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned facilities.
This role is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining coverage, and serving as the primary on-site leader. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and able to lead by example while maintaining professional relationships with clients and staff.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct daily housekeeping operations
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to company standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and address deficiencies immediately
  • Manage staff schedules and assist with coverage for call-outs
  • Train new employees and reinforce proper cleaning procedures
  • Maintain supply inventory and report shortages
  • Communicate operational updates to management
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Address client concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility services preferred
