Description
Help create safe, welcoming spaces where care can thrive-join us as a Facilities Assistant.
Join Compass Health Network for a temporary opportunity supporting our Eastern Region!
This is a 3-4 month temporary position offering a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule (40 hours per week).
The role will provide the opportunity to work across multiple Compass Health Network office locations throughout the Eastern Region, so regular travel between locations will be required. The candidate must be located within the Eastern Region and be able to regularly travel between Compass Health Network office locations throughout the region.
In this hands-on role, you'll support the daily operations of our facilities to ensure clean, organized, and well-maintained environments for both staff and the individuals we serve. From deliveries to upkeep, your work helps create spaces that promote wellness and dignity across our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery and organization of supplies and materials across locations
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of facility spaces
  • Maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory counts
  • Help maintain exterior grounds, including trash removal and basic landscaping
  • Assist maintenance staff with furniture moves and facility projects
  • Ensure facility vehicles are clean and ready for use
  • Provide backup support for housekeeping and general facility needs

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High School/GED required
  • A valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire required
