Overview

IST Management is hiring an Account Executive, Workplace Services and Facilities Management sales professional. 2-4 years' successful sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience is required. You will train under and work with an IST Senior VP of Sales to drive revenue for new and existing business in Workplace Services and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn, and will be comfortable cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity to level up as an early-career sales professional.

Compensation + Benefits + Schedule + Career Path

This is salaried, full time sales position with a base compensation of $75,000.00 - $75,000.00, plus a car allowance of $300.00 per month, and bonus earnings: 1st Appointment bonus (resulting in no opportunity) of $50.00 per, 1st appointment bonus (resulting in opportunity) of $750.00 per, Proposal Presentation bonus of $1500.00, and a One-time bonus of 5% on new monthly billing. Possible monthly Activity bonus of $150.00.

This position begins with a paid, 3-week sales training program - week 1 at IST Management's corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed in and around Account Executive's assigned marketplace as directed by the supervising Senior VP of sales, as well as meeting attendance.

Based on achievements, career path promotes to National Account Manager, and then to Regional Vice President sales, and beyond. Year 1 KPIs as an Account Executive are activity driven.

Position will entail occasional travel - including air travel at times. This is an outside sales position.

Responsibilities

You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Workplace Services and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance.

  • Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling
  • Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization
  • Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships
Qualifications

2-4 years' successful inside sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Workplace Services or Facilities Management experience is required. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn, and will be comfortable cold calling. Additional qualifications:

  • Adept at building business relationships that result in new and repeat business
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including internet savvy, social media skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Legal US authorization to work for any employer and high school diploma or GED
