Job description

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Job Code: 164
Salary: $20.45
Department: Facilities Maintenance
Days/Hours:
Monday-Friday any time between 7am-4pm.
Duties:
Assist Facilities Administrator on coordinating various projects and repairs. Assist in administration and organization of the department's budget (i.e. submit purchase order requests and input invoices into database). Maintain inventory database. Filing. Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Microsoft Operating system (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) are recommended skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Team player. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds. Driver's license is strongly preferred.
