Job description

Fabric Production Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fabric Production Operator with 3–5+ years of industry experience in fabric graphics production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fabric printing, RIP software, color management, file preparation, fabric finishing, and quality control in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital production equipment, along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Responsibilities include operating inline calendar fabric printers, RIP software, laser cutters, and automated sewing stations; preparing and troubleshooting print files; maintaining print quality and color consistency; trimming, sewing, fitting, and packaging SEG fabric graphics; monitoring inventory and machine maintenance; and ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, working overtime when needed, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
