Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a Top-Secret security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC. The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to support the development of the FBI FDP system using a Postgres/Java/React technology stack. These engineers will work with an existing development team to deliver features and capabilities required for MVP release. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications from concept through deployment at the FBI. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain front-end and back-end application components. * Integrate components, create new custom capabilities, and make modifications to existing codebases. * Participate in planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and quality assurance across the full SDLC. * Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture sessions, and provide input on development best practices. * Support automation and optimization of operations and maintenance tasks. * Collaborate with the Product Owner, BA, and Test Engineer to ensure features meet functional and acceptance criteria. * Plan and execute application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Here's what you'll need : * 4 year degree information technology or related field. * Strong experience in Java, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and relational database development (Postgres preferred). * Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, GitLab, containerization, and modern agile delivery. * Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional agile team. * 8+ years of experience.
