Coppermine is looking for Personal Trainers to join our team. If you are an experienced personal trainer or someone looking to break into this rapidly expanding business, with an outgoing attitude and you realize the importance of the customer experience then you could be just what we need.
The Personal Trainer is highly interactive with members. Primary responsibilities are to ensure and execute motivation and fitness educational guidance to all members. Your position is key to the success of our member goals. You will provide energy and assist in creating an environment of success in the club. Trainers are expected to interact and help our members reach their goals providing added value to their membership.
Position Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct through and complete new member integration
• Communicate verbally with club members to ensure their satisfaction.
• Personal trainers are responsible for educating clients and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment.
. Individuals holding this position must be able to develop, document, and implement one-on-one, partner, or group workout programs that match the needs and goals of clients
. Obtain referrals of friend, family and coworkers from members to assist club in sales goal.
• Prospect for new leads and listen to member feedback
• Complete all required cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Be flexible with other club duties as needed. Assist in other club departments as needed.
• Attend all necessary Fitness, club meetings/in-service. Actively participate in, and come prepare for all work activities.
• Update and revise monthly goals based on month to date production
Position Requirements:
• Must hold a current personal training certification from a nationally accredited source or hold a degree in Exercise Science
• Provide direction to members and be ready to assist them with any questions or concern
• Maintain and display a positive attitude at all time.
• Be well informed of all club programs and activities
• Have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with members and prospective members on the phone and in person
• Must be able to lift 45lb of weight
Successful Personal Trainers at Coppermine have the ability to make upwards of $75,000 per year.
