F45 Studio Manager / Head Coach

Baldwin Park, Maitland, Oviedo, Tuskawilla, Hunters Creek, Oviedo Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Required

F45 Orlando All-Star Group is looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Studio Manager / Head Coach to lead one of our top-performing F45 studios! This dual-role position is for someone who is equally passionate about coaching members on the floor and driving sales performance off the floor.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coach high-quality, high-energy group training sessions (expect to lead classes)
  • Lead from the front on studio KPIs: membership growth, retention, and conversion
  • Own daily operations: scheduling, staff accountability, and member experience
  • Proactively engage leads, convert trials, and execute local marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and contribute to a winning culture

✅ You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 1–3+ years experience in fitness or sales-driven leadership
  • Are confident, motivating, and comfortable leading classes
  • Can manage people AND performance without dropping the ball
  • Understand the F45 model and what makes our training method unique
  • Are not afraid of sales, follow-ups, or setting the bar high
