Does Mark Wahlberg still own F45?

Mark Wahlberg was an investor in F45 Training and served as a brand ambassador, but he does not currently own the franchise. Ownership of F45 is held by franchisees and corporate stakeholders, with Wahlberg's involvement primarily in marketing and promotion. As a potential F45 coach, your focus would be on training clients and supporting the gym's operations rather than ownership matters.

Is owning an F45 profitable?

F45 Coaches are typically employed by franchise owners rather than owning the business themselves. The profitability of owning an F45 franchise depends on factors such as location, membership numbers, and operational costs, but franchise owners can generate significant revenue if the studio is well-managed. Coaches' salaries are usually based on experience and hours worked, and they do not directly profit from studio ownership.

What are F45 Coaches?

F45 Coaches are fitness professionals who lead group training sessions at F45 Training studios. They provide instruction, motivation, and ensure proper exercise techniques during high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. F45 Coaches also help members set and achieve fitness goals, offer modifications for various fitness levels, and create an inclusive, energetic environment. Their role is crucial in maintaining safety, engagement, and team spirit throughout each class.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, motivational energy, and the ability to adapt coaching styles to diverse groups set top coaches apart. These competencies ensure effective workout delivery, client engagement, and a safe, positive training environment.

How do I become an F45 coach?

To become an F45 coach, you typically need to complete the F45 Coach Certification, which covers fitness training, program design, and client engagement. Prior experience in fitness or personal training is often preferred, and CPR/AED certification may be required. Once certified, you can apply for coaching positions at F45 studios and start working as a fitness coach.
