Sit-Down Forklift / Warehouse Associate – Greenwood, INPay: $17.50/hourSchedule: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Sit-Down Forklift / Warehouse Associate for our client in Greenwood, IN. This position is responsible for safely operating sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and track materials throughout warehouses, shipping docks, and production areas while supporting daily operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sit-down forklift, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for long-term growth.


Core ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling
  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts throughout warehouse and production areas
  • Load and unload goods from tractor-trailers and shipping docks
  • Transport pallets, crates, and materials safely throughout the facility
  • Stack and organize materials in designated storage locations while maintaining inventory organization
  • Assist team members with loading and unloading material products on and off trucks as needed
Inventory Management
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and product locations
  • Organize stock and assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
  • Pick, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Verify materials, inventory, and shipping documentation for accuracy
Equipment Maintenance
  • Perform daily pre-shift forklift and equipment inspections
  • Report equipment damages, maintenance concerns, and safety issues promptly
  • Assist with battery charging/refueling and maintaining equipment cleanliness
  • Follow proper operating procedures to maintain safe and efficient equipment operation
Safety Compliance
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures
  • Ensure loads are properly balanced, centered, and secured during transport
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and warehouse traffic while maintaining situational awareness

Key Requirements
  • Forklift operating certification or license preferred
  • Previous sit-down forklift and warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with RF scanners and inventory tracking preferred
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to review production schedules and bills of lading
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent warehouse experience preferred
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
