ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What You Will Do
  • Support development and staffing activities for an assigned scope (MPT Council)
  • Promote and reinforce corporate development philosophy, talent practices, and staffing principles across the council
  • Assist in driving talent development and deployment activities to help address skill and capability gaps
  • Coordinate Individual Development Plan (IDP) reviews, succession planning, and talent pool processes to maintain a healthy talent pipeline
  • Analyze IDP feasibility and identify potential staffing constraints, development gaps, and talent risks for leadership consideration
  • Support council effectiveness by fostering collaboration, consistency, and alignment across councils
  • Coordinate responses to break-in and ad hoc staffing needs, helping balance immediate requirements with longer-term development plans
  • Support execution of the Early Career Foundation (ECF) program within the council
  • Prepare talent insights, workforce data, and presentation materials to support leadership reviews
  • Build strong working relationships with leaders, HR partners, and council members to support effective talent planning and employee development outcomes
About You

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Human Resource Development, Business or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience
