Join our team as a Billing & Export Documentation Clerk and play a vital role in keeping our pork products moving across the country and around the globe. In this fast-paced position, you'll handle everything from verifying load accuracy and scaling carriers in and out, to generating bills of lading and preparing essential export documents like USDA certificates, letterheads, and export stickers. You'll work closely with carriers and shipping teams to ensure every shipment leaves our facility accurately and on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Take Charge of Critical Documentation -You'll be the go-to expert for making sure every shipment leaves with flawless paperwork. Craft accurate bills of lading and export documents that keep our pork products moving safely and legally. Confirm all sales orders are good to go and that every load has its paperwork in order before hitting the road. Enter shipment details like a pro-quickly and accurately-then generate invoices and freight payable docs that keep everything flowing.
  • Own the Numbers, Master the Reports Support the data behind smooth shipping operations. Publish and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports that keep the team informed and on track. Double-check freight accruals so costs are spot-on for every load. Proactively reduce billing errors and boost efficiency with your sharp eye for detail.
  • Be the Link Between Dock & Driver Keep carriers moving and everything running on schedule. Scale trucks in and out with accuracy and make sure all weights match up. Answer calls from carriers and transportation partners, providing quick, clear info when it's needed most. Guide drivers to the right dock doors, parking spots, or departments-keeping the yard and warehouse flowing smoothly.
  • Stay Organized: Help create a shipping office that runs like a well-oiled machine. File shipping and billing documents throughout your shift so everything's easy to find. Keep the daily truck log and holdover report updated to the minute. Tidy up and take pride in a clean, organized workspace that reflects your professionalism.
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
