Relevant au responsable du fret, le coordonnateur a l'exportation sera responsable de repondre a l'ensemble des besoins des clients en matiere de documentation d'exportation. Les taches quotidiennes incluront des interactions avec les clients et les fournisseurs de services, ainsi que le traitement des expeditions maritimes a l'exportation de maniere precise et dans les delais. Le candidat selectionne sera egalement responsable du suivi et de la tracabilite des marchandises jusqu'a leur destination, du suivi des envois de courrier sortants, ainsi que de toute autre tache qui lui sera confiee. 

Exigences :

  • Connaissance de l'industrie du transport de fret (Import et Export); 
  • Experience de l'utilisation de CargoWise ; 
  • Connaissance de la documentation commercialeet plate-forme SCDE ; 
  • Diplome d'etudes collegiales en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe ; 
  • Connaissances certifiees IMO-IMDG en maniement considere comme un atout ; 
  • Bilingue (francais et anglais);

Description: 

Reporting to the Freight Manager, the Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling all customer needs regarding export documentation. The daily tasks will include interacting with customers, service providers, and processing ocean export shipments in an accurate and timely manner. The selected candidate will also be responsible for tracking and tracing cargo to its destination, tracking outgoing couriers and any other duties that are assigned.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry (Import and Export) 
  • Experience using CargoWise 
  • Knowledge of Commercial documentation and CERS platform 
  • CEGEP Degree in Logistics or a related field 
  • Knowledge Certified IMO-IMDG handling considered an asset 
  • Bilingual (French and English)
