DÉFIS – ACTION – LEADERSHIP – TRAVAIL À L’EXTÉRIEUR

À titre de Superviseur de terminal vous devrez planifier, coordonner et superviser les opérations de réception, expédition et d’entreposage de marchandises de notre terminal maritime. Vous assurerez le leadership sur le terrain en matière santé et sécurité au travail, d’excellence opérationnelle, de qualité de service au client, de respect de l’environnement et de mobilisation du personnel.

AU QUOTIDIEN VOUS AUREZ À :

  • Veiller à ce que les cargaisons soient entreposées sur le terminal et dans les entrepôts selon le plan de chargement;
  • Coordonner l'utilisation de la machinerie et des équipements qui serviront à déplacer la cargaison;
  • Superviser la main-d’œuvre dédiée aux opérations (journaliers, opérateurs de machinerie, débardeurs);
  • Veiller à l’application des méthodes de travail en assurant le respect des normes de santé, sécurité, sureté et d’environnement;
  • Veiller à ce que le terminal et les entrepôts soient propres et en ordre;
  • Veiller à la bonne marche des opérations et des activités en coactivité;
  • Superviser les inventaires physiques de la cargaison et veiller à ce que les documents nécessaires pour l'identifier soient complétés;
  • Compléter des rapports informatiques dans nos différents systèmes.
