In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and other structures — ensuring every system is safe, efficient, and built to the highest standards. We’re looking for skilled solar installers who take pride in their work, value safety, and want to be part of a company making a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and install all components of residential solar systems with precision and professionalism
  • Perform trenching, concrete work, and structural mounting of racking and electrical equipment
  • Seal all penetrations effectively to maintain roof integrity and prevent leaks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products, installation techniques, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality installations and customer satisfaction
  • Travel occasionally for project installations as needed
