Job description

We are seeking an Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our team. You'll own high-impact experiential marketing initiatives, including Bevi's Rental Program, Hydration Takeovers, and strategic events, driving brand awareness and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Experiential Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and is always looking for ways to make programs better. As our team grows, you'll expand into ownership of additional experiential marketing programs and strategic partner events.

At Bevi, we believe experiential marketing should be measurable. We invest in programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue-and we're looking for someone who is excited to continuously improve results through data-driven decision making.

Success in this role means delivering exceptional experiences while driving measurable business impact through brand awareness, pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.

Your Day to Day

Execute Experiential Marketing Programs

  • Plan, execute and travel to trade shows, conferences, pop-up events, customer activations, and brand placements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and timelines on track.
  • Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure programs stay on budget.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, inventory, collateral, and onsite execution.
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-impact event opportunities and ensure follow through is results driven.
  • Measure event performance and recommend improvements using data.
  • Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact execution.

Own & Grow the Rental Program

  • Own Bevi's Rental Program from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
  • Build repeat business and identify new rental opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage proposals, contracts, customer communications, and Salesforce records.
  • Continuously improve and scale the program through new ideas and process improvements.
Manage Hydration Takeovers
  • Plan and execute Hydration Takeovers that drive customer engagement and support revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate machine logistics, staffing, and onsite activation.
  • Partner with Brand and Sales to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Measure program performance and recommend improvements to increase impact and scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, event management, project management, hospitality, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve program performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred; familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, Looker, and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%.
  • Ability to work from our Boston (Charlestown) office at least two days per week.
  • Ownership mindset: Takes initiative, solves problems proactively, follows through, and looks for ways to improve programs rather than simply execute them.
