Job Summary
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, directing, and supervising project activities while maintaining alignment with AFS's strategic vision, directly managing a team of skilled professionals entrusted with a workload of 50-200 projects.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage site improvements, excavation, footings, foundations, grading, landscaping, underground utilities
  • Supervise all Trade Contractors: Carpentry, Flooring, Drywall, Millwork, Paint, MEP's, Site Civil, Concrete, Masonry, Steel
  • Supervise in-house employees: Carpenters, Laborers, Painters, etc.
  • Hire & Supervise General Contractors
  • Manage construction team including Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Site Supervisor
  • Work with Owner / Developers
  • Walk with Town inspectors
  • Coordinate public utility installations & account set-up including permit submittals and documentation
  • Run job meetings with Client, Architects, Engineers, and Township
  • Estimate, Schedule and Liaison with architects, engineers, vendors, suppliers, Township, Utility Companies
  • Manage remediation of projects and structures
  • Contracts, AIA, change orders, close-out documents
  • Purchase materials and monitor deliveries
  • QC/QA
  • Create Punch listings for project completion
  • Project size from $50,000 to $1,000,000 or higher
