Project Manager – Industrial Construction (Temp to Hire)
Phoenix, AZ | W-2 Contract | $42–$57/hr

Hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead onsite industrial construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong field presence and full-cycle project management experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage industrial construction projects from planning through closeout

  • Lead field operations, subcontractors, and site safety

  • Control schedules, budgets, and change management

  • Coordinate procurement of materials and long-lead equipment

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, city permits, and project specifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of industrial, heavy civil, or large commercial construction experience

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process systems
