Legal Director, U.S. State and Local TaxWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Director to join Expedia Group to provide legal advice on U.S. state and local tax matters. In this role, you will serve as a key legal advisor to Expedia Group, with primary responsibility for indirect taxes (including sales and use, lodging, occupancy, excise, gross receipts, and similar transaction taxes), as well as state and local corporate income, franchise, and withholding taxes. You will advise on tax audits and controversies, tax litigation, and tax policy developments, and will provide ongoing legal support to Tax and cross‑functional stakeholders across Expedia Group. This position will be based in Seattle and aligns with our three days in the office hybrid policy.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
