A Day in the LifeMedtronic Endoscopy is seeking a Senior Medical Education Curriculum Specialist to provide strategic leadership in the design and development of medical education curricula supporting our therapeutic portfolio. This senior level role is responsible for owning curriculum strategy, learning architecture, and content standards that enable healthcare professionals to safely and effectively adopt Medtronic endoscopy technologies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting physician engagement programs, medical education initiatives, or professional society partnerships
Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations
Experience with event logistics management, including conference coordination and meeting planning
Familiarity with grant management processes related to educational programs
Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a crossfunctional environment
Knowledge of compliance considerations related to healthcare professional interactions.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
