After School Educator (Expanded Learning Educator) at Aspire Public Schools - Stanislaus County Share on X Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 8/19/2026 Contact Talent Manager 510-434-5000 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $22.25 - $31.78 Per Hour Length of Work Year Immediate & 2025-26 Employment Type Part Time Job Summary Job Summary The Opportunity: The After School Educator provides academic intervention, homework support, and enrichment activities to students as part of a high-quality after school program. S/he independently supervises groups of up to 20 students, facilitates learning and works with other members of the after school program team to meet the academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and physical needs of all students. This position may be responsible for delivering specialized enrichments or intervention programs requiring knowledge/experience in that specialty

What You Will Do: Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned academic or enrichment content areas which is developmentally appropriate; differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs Create an environment of high expectations for learning, student behavior, and staff professionalism Effectively manage student classroom behavior to ensure all students are fully engaged in learning Maintain a safe and effective environment for academic instruction and/or enrichment activities and comply with all safety and other regulatory and/or funder requirements Under the guidance of the After School Director or other assigned staff, implement regular assessments and analyze student performance data to drive lesson planning and monitor student progress As needed, provide whole class, small group, and individualized instruction to students Collaborate with other afterschool staff, school day teachers and outside service providers to identify unique student needs, diagnose and address learning challenges, and share information about student progress Support regular communications with parents/families to engage them in the afterschool program to help support student success Collaborate with Aspire team members to share best practices and improve own and others' instructional skills, including actively participating in professional development, training and coaching opportunities Fulfill all administrative requ Requirements / Qualifications For more information on Requirements/Qualifications, please contact the employer.
