Job Summary:
Exiger transforms supply chains into a strategic advantage and is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with their Commercial Go-To-Market team. The role involves shaping deals, guiding customers through risk challenges, and owning the technical approach to support successful enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Solution Design: Work with the Commercial Go-To-Market team to shape how Exiger's 1Exiger solution is positioned and applied to solve complex risk and compliance challenges for enterprise customers.
• Own the Technical Win: Lead customer discussions and working sessions to understand priorities, highlight value, define what success looks like, and align Exiger's capabilities to those outcomes.
• Be a Trusted Partner: Build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders by keeping conversations focused on risk, impact, and results.
• Support Complex Sales: Help guide multi-stakeholder sales efforts involving Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Supply Chain teams.
• Share Market Insight: Provide feedback to Product and Innovation teams based on what you're seeing and hearing from customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years in customer facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, supporting enterprise sales efforts.
• A strong understanding of how enterprise software is sold, with experience working alongside sales teams and engaging directly with client executives.
• Background in supply chain risk management (SCRM), third-party risk (TPRM), or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.
• Able to discuss architecture, integrations, and data concepts at a high level and explain them in plain terms.
• Comfortable adapting your message for senior executives as well as technical audiences.
