Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive by managing schedules, handling communications, and performing a variety of organizational tasks. The Executive Assistant ensures the efficient operation of day-to-day activities and supports both personal and professional responsibilities as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
  • Monitor and follow up on projects, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
