As an Executive Creative Director, you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure that Zocdoc becomes healthcare’s most beloved brand—building a world‑class, AI‑powered internal studio that serves as the creative heartbeat of the entire company. Your work will directly fuel exponential growth, strengthen provider trust, and help every patient find a doctor they truly love.

• Full ownership of Zocdoc's creative craft — defining the visual grammar, design language, and verbal identity that scale across brand campaigns, B2B collateral, and digital product touchpoints
• Pioneering generative AI and emerging creative technologies, deploying AI‑powered asset production workflows that massively scale output
• Leading a multidisciplinary in‑house studio — visual designers, copywriters, experiential producers, and external partners — with a focus on quality and velocity
• Building and fostering relationships with GTM, Growth, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to ensure creative drives ROI, brand health, and acquisition
• Managing studio timelines, budgets, and decision‑making frameworks so the team operates as a true business accelerator
• Breaking down complex healthcare and B2B SaaS concepts into elegant branded experiences for patients and providers
• Working with cutting‑edge GenAI tools and technology to push the boundaries of Zocdoc's creative engine

• An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces
• 15+ years of creative leadership experience at high‑growth technology companies, with a world‑class portfolio across brand design, 360‑degree campaigns, digital product integration, and experiential execution
• A proven track record building and managing high‑performing, multidisciplinary in‑house creative studios
• A forward‑thinking, AI‑native approach to design, asset generation, and workflow automation
• A compassionate but consultative and confident approach with senior stakeholders — emotional intelligence to navigate trade‑offs and build executive trust
• Strong commercial acumen — you marry data and consumer insights with groundbreaking creative output
• The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
