Job description

Senior Marketing Representative

State Fund Field Operations is seeking a dedicated Senior Marketing Representative for the North Bay/North Coast territory within our Greater Bay Area Region.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the selected candidate will:

Conduct physical visits with brokers, when appropriate, to foster and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned portfolio.

Provide regular performance updates to brokers, outlining progress toward incentive goals.

Pursue new business opportunities aligned with regional operational objectives and guidelines.

Collaborate closely with Underwriting and other departments (including Loss Prevention, Auditing, and Claims) during solicitation of both new and renewal business.

Lead and facilitate educational seminars and meetings to engage the broker community.

This position offers designated telework and involves occasional overnight travel throughout California for trainings and customer meetings. Weekly travel within the local territory for client engagements and attendance at periodic meetings in Pleasanton, Vacaville, and other State Fund locations is also required. Meetings are currently virtual but may return to in-person as conditions permit.
