What is executive wellness?

These programs focus on preventive healthcare, stress management, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to help executives maintain optimal physical and mental health. The goal is to enhance productivity, reduce absenteeism, and support overall well-being in demanding work environments. Executive wellness programs often include comprehensive medical check-ups, personalized fitness plans, and access to mental health resources.
