Position Overview

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will play a critical leadership role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, overseeing cross-functional execution, and ensuring alignment across all departments. This role focuses on scaling operations, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening organizational performance.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive with strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee company-wide operations across sales, marketing, and client delivery teams.
Drive strategic initiatives that support revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the company’s vision and long-term strategy.
Ensure alignment between departments to achieve business objectives efficiently and effectively.
