Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bold, authentic Latin flavors (inspired by Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina) through a modern lens, seamlessly blending fine-dining technique with high-capacity execution.
  • Actively lead daily line operations, orchestrate high-volume shifts, and oversee the complex's dedicated family meal program.
